This blended coffee drink combines one of the ultimate flavors of summer with, dare I say, one of the ultimate flavors of life. The addition of sweetened coconut flakes gives this drink a heartiness that will stick with you throughout the rest of the afternoon! As with all drinks, you are free to adjust the sweetness to your liking. Torani Vanilla syrup gave this drink the perfect hint of sweetness I was searching for!
What You’ll Need
Before you begin brewing, you’ll need to gather the necessary ingredients. Obviously, some of these ingredients are pretty straightforward, like coffee and coconut. However, there are a few things that you may need to create this coconut-coffee concoction:
- 1 standard tray of coffee ice cubes (made from leftover brewed coffee or cold brew coffee).
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- 1/3 cup of cooled coffee (this can also be leftover coffee)
- 3 tablespoons sweetened coconut flakes
- 2 tablespoons vanilla syrup
- Whipped cream and toasted coconut for topping (optional)
How To Make The Coconut Creation
