Masala Chai Recipe

Ingredients:

5 green cardamom pods 3 whole cloves 1 cup of water 2 slices ginger 1 cinnamon stick 2 black tea bags 1 cup of whole milk 2 teaspoons of sugar

INSTRUCTIONS:

Lightly grind cardamom pods and place in a saucepan with 1 cup of water, ginger, cinnamon, and black tea bags.

Bring to a boil and then remove from heat. Let it sit for 10 min.

Add milk to the saucepan and bring to a simmer.

Strain chai into a cup and add your sugar.
